With 14 years of experience in interior design, I've learned to listen to my clients' needs to create spaces that reflect their personality and make their daily lives easier. As a Counseling Therapist®, a graduate of the Montreal Counseling Centre, I offer this compassionate listening and all my sensitivity to serve your personal growth. I practice the ANDC® (Creative Non-Directive Approach®), an approach centered on listening and authentic relationships, inspired by Carl Rogers' humanist movement. Whether you're looking to better understand yourself, improve your relationships, or overcome obstacles to feel aligned and fulfilled, I invite you to take a break and explore your inner world.
