Our meditation circuits

Here is an overview of our three meditation circuits: the Relaxation Circuit, the Energy Circuit and the Psychedelic Circuit. Each of these sessions uses distinct techniques aimed at reaching specific states of consciousness or feelings. These three circuits offer a varied approach to meditation depending on the needs of the moment: whether you are looking to relax, energize or explore states of consciousness that are out of the ordinary.

Each of these sessions uses distinct techniques aimed at reaching specific states of consciousness or feelings. These three circuits offer a varied approach to meditation depending on the needs of the moment: whether you are looking to relax, energize or explore states of consciousness that are out of the ordinary.

The relaxation circuit

The goal of the relaxation circuit is to relax the body and mind, inviting a state of deep calm. This type of meditation aims to soothe physical tensions, reduce stress and improve the quality of sleep.

The energy circuit

Unlike the relaxation circuit, this course aims to energize the body and clarify the mind. It is often used in the morning or before an activity requiring concentration and vitality. The goal is to awaken internal energy, strengthen motivation and increase the ability to concentrate.

The shamanic circuit

This circuit is for people who want to explore altered states of consciousness, often compared to mystical or spiritual experiences. It can induce new perceptions of the self and the universe, allowing for deep introspection. Although some people access these states through psychedelic substances (such as LSD or psilocybin), it is also possible to reach them with technology-assisted meditation.
