Sound Bath

Service Description

The sound bath treatment takes place in a room specially dedicated to this experience. We invite you to bring your swimsuit to fully enjoy it in comfort and with respect for the environment. The water is heated to approximately 100°F, creating a soothing warmth. The first part, with the jets, promotes deep muscle relaxation. You are invited to let go of your mind, to think of nothing, and to surrender to the healing power of the water. Next, the therapist enters, stops the jets, and the experience becomes aural. Carried by the vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments, you are gently transported into a state of profound relaxation. The sound bath is an excellent preparation for the signature massage. It can also be combined with the NeuroSpa circuit and somatic exercises for an even more complete experience.
