This workshop offers guidance and exercises that engage all of the senses. Through simple, continuous actions, your mind remains gently engaged, facilitating connection to your body and sensations. This approach is much more accessible and fluid than a static meditation practice.

A space to talk and identify and share what is hindering your well-being (emotions, stress, trauma);
Powerful practices, alone or in pairs, to release tension and regain your balance;
Allow your body to express inner peace through movement and dance;
Dive into the heart of yourself through transcendental meditation facilitated by shamanic light.

I recently turned 50 and, grateful for my current health and security, recall a complex childhood, marked by moderate/severe ADD diagnosed at 25. My academic journey was fraught with challenges, and accepting my challenges and managing stress required great resilience, forged through multiple entrepreneurial experiences. My stay at Osho's ashram in 2009 was a revelation, offering me a spiritual awakening and my first keys to releasing stress and harmonizing my nervous system.
Continuing this transformation, I enriched my expertise by completing a yoga teacher training, studies as a counseling therapist, a Master Practitioner training in NLP and numerous international tantric workshops. My interest in well-being led me to Costa Rica in 2023, where I actively explore biohacking and innovative relaxation and meditation technologies.
It is this wealth of learning and tools that this workshop also offers you to discover.

During this journey, you transcend the ego and reconnect with your true self and highest potential. The body holds information and intelligence, and through Connected Conscious Breathing, we stay connected to the body in order to release the blockages that have restricted us in the past, resulting in a transformation that deeply grounds us, bringing us back to the source.
We invite you to arrive ready to engage in the process and surrender to the experience, guided by breathing until you are amazed. This breathing practice uses a dynamic technique and is supported by a carefully curated music playlist to accompany you on your inner journey.
